APR Financial Services Limited are Independent Financial Advisers [IFA] and is an appointed representative of Sesame Ltd, a network of Independent Financial Advisers.

APR Financial Services Limited is based in Watford, Hertfordshire and was established in 1991 by Andrew Rayner, who is responsible for the Tax Planning, Investment, Pension and Insurance advice – See Our Services page for more details.

Andrew has been in the Financial Services business since 1984 and is a member of the PFS (Personal Finance Society). He has experience of working with individuals, including in such diverse areas as the music and television industries as well as small to medium size businesses, assisting them to achieve their individual and corporate financial objectives.

Our clients prefer a more personal service and to have their financial affairs cared for in their entirety by APR Financial Services Limited. We work together with the client to ensure the financial programme undertaken fulfil the objectives of the client and meet their requirements. We then monitor the progress of the programme on an ongoing basis and keep the client informed of that progress by way of regular review meetings. This service is carried out on a full advisory basis.

The majority of our clients reside in the South East of England and in some instances further a field. Our flexible approach allows us to provide face to face consultations, conduct business by post or via the worldwide web.
